Yesterday evening, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Sanuki, a gem we discovered through the Chef Festival for Ramen. From the moment we stepped in, we were enchanted by the restaurant's clean and inviting interior, which sets it apart from others. The menu offered a delightful variety, including sushi options alongside the flavorful Ramen and traditional Japanese appetizers. Each of us ordered a different Ramen dish, and to our delight, each was one impressive on its own. The broth, in particular, stood out as the best we've tasted in Geneva. The desserts were equally good, especially the Sesame ice cream, and mochis. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, catering to our every need promptly. Overall, our dining experience at Sanuki exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic Japanese culinary adventure. We're already looking forward to returning again !
